  • Group arrival date is January 12, 2022 with a departure of January 15, 2022 (departure date can be extended)
  • Special group rate is $123 / plus tax 
  • Rate is for standard king or double queen guest rooms based on single or double occupancy. Each additional person will be $10.00 extra
  • Room types will be on a request basis only, and hotel is unable to guarantee specific room types
  • Overnight parking charges of $17.00 for self-parking will be waived. Valet parking is $23.00
  • Additional upgrade charges if desired: 1) Coastal view – additional $10; 2) River or Coastal view balcony – additional $20; 3) Oceanfront balcony – additional $70

Room types are based on availability at time of request

All reservations must be made 30 days prior to arrival in order to receive the discounted rate, and the discounted rate will not apply to rooms beyond those noted above.

To make reservations, your guests must phone in their reservation requests, to the following number: 866-934-7467 or by using the booking link that will be provided to you. It is important that each of your guests identify themselves as part of your group, and provide us with guest name, requested type of room, requested bed type (i.e. king, double/double, queen, twin or suites), and check-in and check-out dates. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of this call. The Hotel does not confirm reservations in writing.
30 days prior to arrival, all rooms not reserved as described above will be returned to the hotel’s inventory for general sale, and if available, will be sold at the market rate. 

CHECK-IN I CHECK-OUT Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 pm on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 am on departure day. Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.

GUEST ROOM CHARGES It is our understanding that your guests will pay their own account upon departure. When reservations are made, we will require a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night for each reservation. An individual’s deposit is refundable to that individual if the Hotel receives notice of an individual’s cancellation at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Upon check-in, each guest will be required to present a valid credit card upon check-in, on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the room and tax charges for the length of the guest’s stay, plus the anticipated use of the hotel’s ancillary services.
